Our bodies are made to move — not to stay still. Every step, stretch, or simple motion keeps our heart beating stronger, our mind clearer, and our spirit lighter. Movement is life’s rhythm — keep your body in motion, and you keep your life in flow. To imbibe this amongst the members of our club as well as the public, a program was organized in Dhakuria Lakes to make people aware of this requirement. Innercity members were joined by others from the public.
